Juab County seat — named after the Book of Mormon prophet and settled in 1851. Sits at the mouth of Salt Creek Canyon where the canyon alluvial fan meets the Juab Valley floor at 5,133 feet. The Jordan Narrows formed where the Spanish Trail crossed into Juab Valley. Active residential and commercial development across two terrain zones — canyon alluvial bench and flat valley floor. Historic downtown with established aging infrastructure alongside new growth neighborhoods.

Named after the Isle of Mona (Anglesey, Wales) by Welsh settlers who arrived in 1851 — the same year as Nephi, just 8 miles to the south. Sits on the flat Juab Valley agricultural floor at 5,010 feet. Largely residential and agricultural character. Home to BullRok's own client Jason Allred — whose pickleball court concrete block retaining walls became one of the campaign's standout testimonials.

The Tintic Mining District's primary city — silver, lead, gold, and zinc extracted from the surrounding hills from 1869 through the mid-20th century. Named after the California Gold Rush exclamation "Eureka!" by miners who struck ore in 1869. At 5,440 feet with rocky hillside terrain shaped by over a century of mining activity. Geologically distinct from every other Juab County community — mining district assessment required before every project.

Named "Levan" — "navel" spelled backwards — by settlers who believed it sat at the geographic center of Utah Territory. Established 1864 along Chicken Creek at 5,270 feet. Chicken Creek descends from the Juab County highlands and flows through the community, depositing alluvial material across the valley floor. Small, rural agricultural character with the canyon creek corridor as the defining terrain feature. Gateway to the Nebo Loop Scenic Byway.
